Set with an oval pinkish orange sapphire weighing 5.83 carats, framed by round diamonds, in 14k white gold, size 6 3/4

With report GRS2017-050730 dated 4 May 2017 from GemResearch Swisslab stating natural pinkish-orange sapphire "natural Padparadscha". Gemmological testing revealed characteristics corresponding to those of a natural pinkish-orange sapphire from Sri Lanka. No indication of thermal treatment.
